We put these up in our room, and after several hours of charging with the lights on, we turned the lights off and couldn't see anything.Last reviewer says they don't glow bright, we can't even see 'em when we looked at them through a paper towel tube against the wall to block out the light.just pitch black; no glow at all.Addendum:I have since discovered that they will glow if they are charged in direct sunlight.Glow is faint enough that you will only see it after your eyes adjust to the dark.
